These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern sales made on the The hedgehog Factory website (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by CYCOMA OÜ, a limited liability company under Estonian law, registered in the commercial register under number 14506022, whose registered office is located at Püünsi tee 8a, 74013 Püünsi küla, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, Estonia.
The business activities include, in particular, the online sale of decorative objects, lamps, and boxes made by 3D printing.
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. Photographs and visuals are not contractual.
As they are produced using 3D printing, some items may show slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions, which cannot be considered a defect.
Prices displayed on the Site are expressed in euros including VAT (all taxes included) and excluding delivery costs.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
The customer validates their order by following the online process.
The order becomes final after:
Payment validation;
Receipt of an order confirmation email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or a prior dispute with the customer.
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other means offered on the Site.
The transaction is secured by an authorized payment provider.
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
Estimated lead times: 5 business days for manufacturing and 3 business days for delivery.
In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed by email. The indicated lead times are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on production or transport constraints.
A delay, regardless of the cause, cannot give rise to compensation, order cancellation, or any other financial claim, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons.
⚠️ Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products (specific dimensions, engravings, color choice upon request) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to accounting@cycoma.fr and return the product in its original condition, at their own expense, to the seller’s address.
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the product.
Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
The models, creations, and visuals presented on the Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship.
It is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to accounting@cycoma.fr.
These GTC are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s place of residence or that of the actual place of delivery of the product.
