1. Products Eligible for Return

Only items in stock at the time of order can be returned. Custom-made products or those personalized via 3D printing are neither exchangeable nor refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

2. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to report your return request by email or via our contact form.

3. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. For any return request, clear photos of the product and its packaging are mandatory to validate the procedure. Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Return Procedure

Contact our customer service to obtain the return address and an authorization number. Provide photos of the product and packaging with your request. Carefully package the product to avoid any damage during transit. Send the package with tracking. We cannot be held responsible for losses or damages related to return shipping.

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
