These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern sales made on the website The hedgehog Factory (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by Cycoma, registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 8127501310029, with its registered office in Riom, and whose activity is the online sale of decorative objects, lamps, and boxes, notably produced by 3D printing.
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are non-contractual.
As they are produced using 3D printing, some items may show slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions, which cannot be considered a defect.
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros incl. VAT (all taxes included) and exclude delivery costs.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order.
The customer confirms their order by following the online process.
The order is finalized after:
Payment validation
Receipt of an order confirmation email
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or a prior dispute with the customer.
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Site.
The transaction is secured by an approved payment provider.
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order.
Estimated times: 5 business days for production and 3 business days for delivery.
In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email. The indicated deadlines are purely indicative and may vary depending on production or transport constraints.
A delay, whatever its cause, cannot result in compensation, order cancellation, or any other financial claim, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.
⚠️ Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products (specific dimensions, engravings, color choice upon request) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@thehedgehogfactory.com and return the product in its original condition, at their own expense, to the seller’s address.
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the product.
Products must be used for their intended purpose.
The models, creations, and visuals presented on the Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
The collected data is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. It is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to contact@thehedgehogfactory.com.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s domicile or that of the actual product delivery location.
